Preface:

In this book, I will share the various visions and physical sensations Iexperience during my meditation practice.

Thetitle of this book is:

The Caress of the Pure Light.

This is what happens when I meditate:

My physical body merges with my mind and spirit as one.

(One becomes unified with oneself.)

In my view, this is the most essential aspect of meditation, for only through this can it truly be called “meditation practice.”

I want to explain to you:

What is the mind-spirit?

The mind-spirit refers to your “thoughts.” It is the awareness of the delusional and random thoughts that arise in your mind. You notice them without trying to force them away.

You simply observe them.

Because you do not engage with them, they naturally lose their influence and fade away.

At this moment,

Your mind is not scattered.

You are anchored in “one-pointedness.”

To focus the mind with unwavering attention, undisturbed by distractions, is known as “guarding the one.” When a person can trulyguardthe one,” all things become possible. With a unified spirit, there are no limits to what can be achieved.

The key lies in merging the self into oneness, which is the most essential aspectof practice. From there:

•One merges with others in oneness.

•One merges with the mountains, rivers, and earth in oneness.

•One merges with the natural world in oneness.

•One merges with the Spirit in oneness.

•One merges with the yidam deity in oneness.

These are naturally occurring phenomena, often referred to as “asis-ness.” This reflects the principle of dharmata — the true nature of reality.

At the moment of “guarding the one,” pure light naturally arises.

The pure light descends, illuminating the self.

One merges with the pure light in oneness.

I call this phenomenon “The Caress of the Pure Light.”

What I want to share with everyone is that the pure light represents the manifestation of the yidam deities. At times, it appears as the Primordial Buddha (Adharma Buddha), at other times as Shakyamuni Buddha. It can also take the form of the five dhyani buddhas, Amitabha Buddha, Golden Mother of the Jade Pond, or Guanyin Bodhisattva.

Allow me to say this:

Buddhas, bodhisattvas, herukas, dharmapalas, dakas and dakinis, and devas will all descend to embrace you with their divine presence. They will bestow upon you the empowerments of:

• Purification

• Enhancement

• Subjugation

• Magnetization

• The revelation of the ultimate truth (the true reality).

Let me tell you, these experiences are real, and I have personally lived through them.

Among the many dakinis who have descended, some are incomparable beauties, while others are celestial maidens from fairy realms. There are also those with awrathful appearance, but they are not angry with you; it is simply their natural form.

May reading this book enrich your mind!
