Return and Exchange Policy

General items such as books can be returned or exchanged without any reason. However, they must meet the following conditions:

1.    The product(s)' packaging is/are intact and has/have not been opened.

2.    The product(s) show(s) no obvious signs of usage.

3.    Customers must send the product(s) to Yifu Cultural Enterprise Office in Taiwan, and the shipping fee will be borne by the customer.
